The brand new Chat Cafe started at the Balsam Centre last month, resulting from the Good Stuff project's public consultation earlier in the year. Every other Monday it provides an opportunity to come together and socialise in a warm, friendly, low-pressure environment.

More than 400m of Wincanton's sewers will be renovated throughout August
Wincanton’s sewers will be given a new lease of life courtesy of a £150,000 renovation project taking place next month. Pipes throughout the town will be revitalised by Wessex Water, with much of the project being completed by engineers using robots to minimise disruption.
