Friends of King Arthur's Quiz Night 2012

Fancy yourself as a bit of a mastermind? It's time to call King Arthur's and enter your team (funny and cryptic team names are most welcome!) for their annual quiz night on Thursday 29th March. It is always the school's most popular fund-raising event of the year, organised by the Friends of King Arthur's.

Around thirty teams of six - mixtures of adults, students, friends, families and workmates - fill the school hall and stage for an evening of questions to puzzle and tease, compered by Deryck Lemon (King Arthur's Teacher and Deputy Mayor of Wincanton). There are eight rounds of ten questions on different categories and there is a chance of running away with points if you play your Joker on the right round!

Included in the ticket price of £5 per adult or £3 per student is a lovely ploughman's supper, and everyone is welcome to bring their own drinks and glasses. To book in your team call 01963 32368 in school hours.
