3-2-1km Run Route at Wincanton Sports Ground
Wincanton Sports Ground has recently created a 3-2-1 km run route around its grounds. The 3-2-1km run, which is a Run England project, allows you to track and measure your run, jog or walk when it best suits you.
The route is set around the Sports Ground and is open for anyone to use! The start of the route begins at the start of ‘Peter’s Path’, when arriving from the town. The route will take you along the path, and then across the car park to the fields (so be aware it could be muddy!) Full maps will be situated at each post, as well as on the notice board outside the Sports Ground.
This route is perfect for beginners, who may only want to run 1km to start with, and then gradually progress to the 3km. If you would like any more information on the run route or would be interested in attending a morning running group, please contact Jade on .
