Bayford Diamond Jubilee Celebrations at Lodge Farm

Over 150 local residents joined in the party despite the rain to celebrate the Queens Diamond Jubilee. The celebrations were held at Lodge Farm, Love Lane Bayford on Monday 4th June 2012.

There was pork roast, trout, and smoked salmon along with barbequed sausages and burgers for the children. Plenty of salads, quiches and other tasty dishes.

There was face painting for the children and after lunch orienteering, and greasy pole pillow fighting.

After lunch Jubilee mugs were handed out to the children under 16 years, followed by a toast to the Queen and Jubilee cake. More games were enjoyed, then tea, coffee with sandwiches and numerous cakes.
