Children's Charity Picnic to Celebrate the Royal Wedding

I'd wager it looks better than it tastes. I have high cake standards. We are lucky enough to have a fantastic hospital in Yeovil which is constantly being updated and made better for all of us.

The FLYING COLOURS APPEAL is an amazing charity run by a dedicated committee who have already raised thousands of pounds to improve the hospital. However like anything there is always more work to be done and that is where we can all contribute a little.

This Friday we are all excited about the Royal wedding. We would like to carry on the celebrations with you and in turn raise as many pennies as possible for the Flying Colours Appeal.

We would like you all to come and join us in Wincanton Recreation Ground with your children, picnics and friends at 3.30pm this Friday. We are asking that each child donates £1.00 of their pocket money for the Flying Colours Appeal. Many of the children coming to the picnic were born in Yeovil hospital or have used the hospital at one time or another. It is a great way to give something back to our communtity and do our bit.

To make it more fun we are going to have games to play and would like to set up a cake stall for the children to enjoy. Please take a minute to BAKE A CAKE or some biscuits and ask your children to bring some pennies to buy some cakes to share with their friends.

This royal wedding picnic is for everyone to enjoy, so please pass it on and we look forward to seeing you there at 3.30pm at Wincanton Park.

TIARA'S AND FOOTBALL THEME FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO DRESS UP.

Thank you in advance for your support.
