FREE LIVE MUSIC: Loose Connections at Wincanton Sports Ground

Wincanton Sports Ground will host a Loose Connections gig this weekend; the first live music event at the venue for quite some time. We’re hoping the people of Wincanton and beyond will enjoy a great night of live music and entertainment.

Better still, entry is FREE, there’s plenty of wheelchair-friendly parking available right outside the door, and if you would like to partake in a few alcoholic beverages you’ll be able to walk back into town via Peters Path, which has street lighting all along the route.

Loose Connections have been entertaining crowds all over Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire for many years now as an established and fun band, playing a mixture of music to suit everyone. We are delighted to be welcoming them.

The Sports Ground management team hopes events like this will encourage people to make more and better use of the venue and its facilities, to support it financially so it’ll be able to stay open in future. Use it or lose it!

Entry is free to allow you to spend more at the bar, and to purchase food from Domenico’s Pizza that will be available from 7pm when we open the doors. We look forward to seeing you this weekend - and don’t forget to like and share our new Facebook page to keep up to date with future events.
