The Joy of Summer Flower Festival

From the 18th to the 20th of June St Peter's and St Paul's Parish Church in Wincanton are having a Flower Festival to celebrate the Joy of Summer.

As our poster shows on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th the Church will be open from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm giving everyone plenty of time to browse and appreciate the displays which promise to be well worth seeing.

Surrounded by so much natural beauty our 10.30 am Service of Holy Communion should be a really special occasion and the festival will culminate with a 5.00 pm service of Songs of Praise.

Refreshments will be served each day - coffee and tea in the mornings and cream teas in the afternoon. Please come and join us as we celebrate and appreciate all the beauty of our nature and flowers all around us.

We are delighted to have many local businesses, shops, schools and organisations joining in and decorating our Church and we thank them for their support.
