Lidl Wincanton Closed for Refurbishment Until November

Phase 1 of Lidl’s Wincanton store extension is complete, with all the structural work now done. Phase 2 started with the closure of the store from the end of trading on Sunday 21st September.

Contractors have now moved in to completely refurbish the extended store. The work will include new floors, new product gondolas, and the re-siting of the popular bakery. The refurbished store will open for business on Thursday 6th November.

This work will almost double the size of the existing store, and should bring an even bigger product selection to Lidl’s customers. The re-opening is timed perfectly to benefit from the run into the Christmas season.
