Police Appeal for Witnesses - Car Vandalised

On New Year's Eve a Peugeot 106 was parked in North Street, Wincanton. During the night the driver's side window was smashed in by an offender. We are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with any knowledge as to who could have caused this damage.

PCSO Maynard says, 'It is so frustrating that the happy festive period over Christmas and New Year has to be tainted by this example of disruptive, anti-social behaviour. It will not be tolerated by the Wincanton Neighbourhood Policing Team and offenders found to be acting in this manner will be dealt with robustly'.
