• Harry Hawkins, aged 13, writes a very encouraging and interesting article on his experience as a young Sea Cadet.
• Farm Watch. Chris Bailward keeps us up to date with this season's farming activity.
• Young Amelie Jannoe is going on a five week expedition with the British Schools Exploration Society to the Skeleton Coast of Namibia. The expedition will be contributing to research being done by the Royal Geographic Society into Rock Painting and Elephant population of the region.
• Sue Howell amuses us with her description of learning Folk and Historical dance with a group in Charlton Horethorne.
• As usual all the regular activities in the villages are listed as well as events to come and reports on last month's happenings.
