Wincanton Choral Society Christmas Concert 2015

The Wincanton Choral Society will perform its Christmas Concert at 7.30pm on Sunday 13th December at Wincanton Sports Centre.

The concert will be a ‘Feast of Festive music’ that will include Alan Bullard’s O Come Emmanuel, Britten’s amusing and highly enjoyable A Ceremony of Carols and more seasonal music for advent and Christmas, from the United Kingdom and Europe.

The soprano soloist is Katharine Hawnt, the harpist Katie Salomon with a sextet of Wind players to complement the Choir. The Choir will be accompanied by the Society’s own pianist, Katrine Reimers.
