Wincanton Silver Band's 4th lockdown performance: "Summer Nights"
Friday 9 October 2020, 09:19
By Sandra Pearson
If you are wondering how Wincanton Silver Band has been spending the summer nights during lockdown, then its latest video will give you a clue. The band has just released its fourth social distancing video: “Summer Nights” from the musical Grease.
The music was arranged by the band’s Musical Director James White and each player had a part specially written for them. We hope you enjoy it.
With the COVID restrictions and the continuing uncertainty, the band is now unlikely to be putting on any concerts until 2021, but this does not mean the band is idle as it is already planning its next project for Christmas.
You can keep up to date with the band’s news on Facebook and Twitter.
