Art Show Success

An Art Exhibition and Craft Show was held on Saturday 6th November which saw artists and craftspeople from all around Wincanton and surrounding areas displaying and selling their work. We had a steady stream of visitors from 10am to 3pm and (including the proceeds so far from sales of our calendar) the total raised is £965.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped in some way, especially to Clive Dand from the Bruton Art Society, Tim Cook and the South Somerset District Council, The Memorial Hall, and the lovely ladies who baked cakes and biscuits for us. Thanks also to all the organisations and businesses around Wincanton who displayed posters and information for us. There were many people involved in both the run up to the day and on the day itself, so thank you to all of you.
