Local businessman Nic Firth, from Colbert Smith Estate Agents, is putting the metal to the pedal for charity. On Sunday 5th October he takes part in the London to Bath 100 Bike Ride in aid of The British Heart Foundation.

Two determined women, Artist Penny Moorcraft and Specialist Cardiac Rehab nurse Andrea Podmore will soon be setting off to trek to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain.
