Bourton and Zeals' Pre-School Exciting New Beginnings

This September Bourton and Zeals' Pre-school enters an exciting new phase of its development. Whilst still being overseen by a committee and running as a charity the pre-school has now employed a manager for the day to day running of the setting allowing for continuity of care and an injection of new ideas.

Emma Stone joins the pre-school as the manger overseeing existing staff members after a restructuring programme. Emma brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, having previously run multiple childcare settings simultaneously as well as having been an NVQ assessor, meaning she has seen literally hundreds of pre-schools and knows what does and doesn't work.

Emma says she is 'excited to be taking on this challenging role and working with my new team' and is 'focused on ensuring that the childcare offered is the best it can be and will meet Ofsted's high standards'.
