Milborne Port School Children Sing Festive Cheer
Milborne Port school choir attended Wheathill Sheltered Housing just before Christmas to sing to the residents. The choir sang beautifully and had the residents in stitches with their actions for the Twelve Days of Christmas song.
It was a real delight to see the happy smiling faces of the residents. Everyone enjoyed themselves, the children love to sing and it showed on their faces, beaming with pride. The residents were cheering and clapping the children.
Each of the children received a small gift of chocolates which was organised by Nancy and her team, who are all residents.
This is the third year that I have arranged for the school choir to attend and the residents are already asking for them to be booked for next year.
What a wonderful way to bring generations together in a positive way.
