Who will you be wearing to Somerset Life Ladies Day at Wincanton Racecourse on Tuesday, May 15?

Will you favour a classic number by LK Bennett or a modern short-suit by high-street brand Reiss - as favoured by HRH the Duchess of Cambridge? Or possibly a bespoke dress by Sherborne-based designer, Perri Ashby? Will you follow the floral or tribal trends or tweak that fabulous outfit hiding in your wardrobe?

Hat next - a Cozmo Jenks floral headpiece or distinctive Trilby or a creative fascinator by Lock & Co hatters. And, finally shoes and handbag...

All these questions will be answered on Tuesday, May 15 when the female population will display their fineries at Wincanton for Somerset Life Ladies Day. It's one of the biggest social occasions in the regional calendar, where ladies steal the limelight from the jockeys at Wincanton Racecourse!

Gates open at Midday with the first race off at 2.10pm.

All female race-goers have the chance to take part in the Best Dressed Lady and are requested to gather outside the weighing room at 3.30pm. The overall winner will receive some fabulous prizes that include a limited edition Cozmo Jenks headpiece with Dubarry of Ireland is supporting the Best Hat competition with a generous footwear voucher.

Following last year's success, Wincanton's Kingwell Restaurant will host a Ladies Luncheon and Fashion Show for £49.50 per head and includes admission plus champagne on arrival, a two-course lunch, afternoon tea and other racing treats.
