Wincanton Town Youth 24hr Football Marathon

Wincanton Town Youth Football Club are holding a 24 hour football marathon in an attempt to raise money for Sport Relief / Wincanton Town Youth FC.

Starting at 5.00pm on Friday 12th March 2010 boys and girls whose ages range from 6 - 16 will be playing as much football as possible over a 24 hour period, taking place on the new Astroturf pitch at Wincanton Sports Ground, Moor Lane, Wincanton.

Over the past few weeks these children have been gaining sponsorship and will try and play for as long as possible.

We will have collection pots available throughout the 24 hours, so feel free to pop along and give as much as you can towards this worthy cause.
