Missing Cat in the Bayford Area - Reward Offered
Amy is a two year-old black and white cat, missing since Monday 29th June from the Bayford area. I have leafleted the local area but would now like to appeal to the wider community. There is a reward for Amy’s safe return.
David Warburton MP Joins Armed Forces Day Celebrations in Wincanton
David Warburton, local MP for Somerton and Frome, joined the Armed Forces Day celebrations in Wincanton on Saturday 27th June. While his son James inspected various armoured patrol vehicles, David spoke with serving soldiers and members of the British Legion.

10 Year Old Tempest Cuts Hair for Winky Kicks Cancer
Ten year old Tempest will have her locks cut off next week to raise money for Winky Kicks Cancer. Her hair will then be donated to the Little Princess Trust to make wigs for children suffering hair loss through cancer treatment.

Local Man Arrested After West Hill Drink-Drive Incident
On Friday 5th June, Wincanton resident Toby Newton was arrested on a drink-drive charge after being involved in a traffic incident on West Hill. Police later charged Mr Newton with several motoring offences.
