Carrington House care staff acknowledged for long service

[EDITOR:] Apologies to the Carrington House staff for the very late publishing of this article. I feel recognition of their service is as relevant now as it was in mid-December when the article was originally submitted.

Long-serving staff at Carrington House were recently invited to an event to celebrate their service achievements.

Staff were presented with their certificates and bouquets of flowers by Deputy Manager, Meghann, alongside Operations Manager, Sue Harvey, who gave a speech to thank the team for their dedication to the residents at Carrington House.

An outstanding combined 85 years service was recognised at the event, which included the presentation of a special cake to mark the occasion.

“I’m quite new to Carrington House and I’m already overwhelmed by how many committed people we have in the team. It’s a lovely home and the staff work really hard to go the extra mile for our residents.”
