Hopkins Concrete Supports the Bourton Christmas Tree

Santa came early this year to the Dorset village of Bourton and, instead of a sleigh, he delivered his present in a concrete mixer truck!

Hopkins Concrete lent a helping hand with the erection of the Bourton village Christmas tree, from its nearby plant in Wincanton. The sturdy base will make sure that the community is able to enjoy the centerpiece of their festive display without fear of the strong winds that have been blowing in from the Arctic.

Rob Allen, Hopkins Director, who was on site for the delivery, said:

“I regularly pass through Bourton, so when we were contacted to help with the base for the tree, we were only too pleased to help.”
