Increased Prize Funds at Wincanton Reaps Rewards
Wincanton Racecourse recently announced its 2013 prize fund has increased by £200,000 to secure an annual fund in excess of £1 million. On average, Wincanton's prize money per race day for 2013 will be over £60,000.
Children Lead by Example in Local Litter Pick-Up
With the River Cale running dangerously high and fast on Sunday 13th January, the planned river clearance was postponed. Instead, we decided to take eight children (including our own) on a litter pick of streets local to our houses.
