A Free Textile Workshop at the Balsam Centre
Commemorating 100 years since the Great War, the Balsam Centre is offering a 6 week textile workshop to everyone! Reflecting on 37 named men on the Roll of Honour held at the Parish Church, come and learn new skills and techniques.
Creative Writing at the Balsam Centre – Starts May 2014
Join us at the Balsam Centre for a new course on Creative Writing. The tutor, Emma Craigie, who is a published author, will be offering a gentle introduction to creative writing which will inspire and develop your writing skills.
The Balsam Bustle Returns!
A community fun day at the Balsam Centre will be on Sunday 27th April 2014, 12.00pm to 4.00pm. Attractions for all the family, drawing and photographic competitions and a visit by Iron Man! See you there.

Poppy Appeal 2013 Hosted by Wincanton Silver Band
Wincanton Royal British Legion will launch Poppy Appeal 2013 with a concert given by Wincanton Silver Band at Wincanton Memorial Hall on Saturday 26th October, starting at 7.30pm.
